Vintage 1980s Jessica Howard Floral Midi Dress with Belt. Feminine size 10. Made in the USA. 50% cotton, 50% polyester. Stretchy waistband, sleeveless dress, button detail in the back. Bold floral print with pink, blue, and green. Midi length. Coordinating belt. Lightweight material perfect for the summer. 

Does have some light wash wear to the garment, as well as some signs of wear to the matching belt.
